A safe place to slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself.

Therapy available in English and Spanish.

You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.

Therapy that meets you where you are

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, constantly putting others first, or wondering how you lost yourself along the way, you’re not alone.

Therapy can be a place to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with who you are. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported without judgment, and empowered to make meaningful changes at your own pace.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, a life transition, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to better understand what’s holding you back and help you move forward with confidence.

You might be here because…

You’ve spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to take care of yourself.

Maybe you’re constantly overthinking, struggling to set boundaries, navigating a major life transition, or wondering why you no longer feel like yourself. Perhaps you’re exhausted from always being the one everyone else depends on.

Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Areas of Focus

Every person’s story is unique. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward the life you want.

Anxiety & Overthinking

If your mind feels like it never slows down, therapy can help you find practical tools to manage anxiety, reduce overwhelm, and feel more at peace.

Life Transitions & Finding Yourself

Whether you’re navigating a major life change or feeling like you’ve lost yourself along the way, therapy can help you reconnect with who you are.

Teen Therapy

I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where teens can explore emotions, manage anxiety, build confidence, and navigate life’s challenges.

Therapy isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about reconnecting with who you’ve always been.

I believe meaningful change happens when you feel seen, understood, and safe enough to be honest.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Together we’ll explore the patterns keeping you stuck while building practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion.

Meet Your Therapist

Meet Denisse

Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, allowing clients to express themselves in the language that feels most natural.

I know how overwhelming it can feel when life no longer feels like your own.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, a major life transition, or trying to rediscover yourself after years of putting everyone else first, therapy can be a place where you can finally exhale.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, not judged, rushed, or expected to have it all figured it out.

Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you understand yourself with greater compassion, develop practical tools, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and authentic.
